Change presentation options and views.

Aim
To learn how to change presentation options and switch between different views in MS PowerPoint.
Requirements
Computer system
MS PowerPoint
Part – 1 : Change Presentation Options
Set Slide Size
Open PowerPoint
Go to Design → Slide Size
Choose:
Standard (4:3) OR
Widescreen (16:9)
Click OK
Result: Slide dimension changed.
Set Orientation
Design → Slide Size → Custom Slide Size
Select:
Landscape
Portrait
Click OK
Result: Slide orientation changed.
Set Auto Save / Proofing Options
Click File → Options
Select:
Save → Set AutoSave time
Proofing → Enable spell check
Click OK
Result: Presentation settings configured.
Part – 2 : Change Presentation Views
Normal View
Default editing view
Used to create and edit slides
Path: View → Normal
Outline View
Shows text content only
Useful for editing text quickly
Path: View → Outline View
Slide Sorter View
Displays all slides together
Used to rearrange slides
Path: View → Slide Sorter
Notes Page View
Shows speaker notes below slide
Path: View → Notes Page
Reading View
Plays slideshow inside window
Path: View → Reading View
Slide Show View
Full screen presentation
Shortcut: F5
Result
Presentation options were changed and different views were used successfully.
Precautions
Choose correct slide size before designing
Save file before slideshow
Use Slide Sorter for easy rearrangement
