To save a Word document as a PDF, we can:
Open the document we want to saveSelect File
Select Export
Select Create PDF/XPS Document
Choose a folder to save the PDF
Enter a file name
Select Publish
We can also choose different publish options depending on how you want to use the PDF:
Minimum Size: For online viewing as a single pageStandard: For online distribution, such as email, when the recipient might print it
High Quality Printing: For desktop or copy shop printing
Commercial Press: For creating the largest and highest quality files for commercial printing
We can share a Word document as a PDF by:
Saving the file to the cloudTapping the Share icon
Tapping Email as Attachment
Choosing to send the file as a PDF
Filling in the details, such as email addresses and a short message
Clicking Send
