1. Inspect Documents for Issues You might be checking for:
Spelling and grammar errors Use built-in tools like Spelling & Grammar Check.
Formatting inconsistencies
Check fonts, spacing, headers, alignment.
Tracked changes or comments
In Word: Go to Review > Track Changes or Show Comments.
Broken links or missing references
2. Insert Text and Paragraphs
To insert text or paragraphs:
Click where you want to insert the content.
Type or paste the new text.
Format as needed (font, size, style).
Use Enter to create new paragraphs.
3. Create and Configure Document Sections
Useful for applying different layouts or formats in parts of a document.
In Word:
Go to Layout > Breaks > Section Breaks.
Choose Next Page, Continuous, etc.
To configure sections:
Header/footer settings
Margins
Page orientation
Columns
